Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at eduardo.alcedan@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you reside outside of Peru, please note that return shipping may take longer than expected. Feel free to contact us at any time for return-related questions at eduardo.alcedan@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-returnable items Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped to any country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days (cooling-off period) for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at eduardo.alcedan@gmail.com.
